Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $65-$75
Signing Bonus: $15,000 (1-year commitment) or $25,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Staff Pharmacist to become part of our expanding pharmacy team in Elliot Lake, ON. This role provides an excellent opportunity to positively influence a community with substantial health needs, within a collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care.
Pharmacy Details:
Our team includes 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, handling 200–300 prescriptions daily. We benefit from well-supported staff and streamlined systems that ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
MedsCheck Services
Minor Ailments Prescribing
Travel Health Consultations
Blister Packaging
Immunizations & Vaccinations
Primary Duties:
Provide outstanding pharmaceutical care and comprehensive patient education
Deliver clinical services including OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
Work with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient daily operations
Adhere to provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
Cultivate a warm, patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Ontario
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Prior experience with OAT and clinical services is considered an asset
