Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaners to join our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both residential homes and commercial spaces. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential cleaning services that meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals committed to excellence.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitizing
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, restaurants, tasting rooms and common areas according to established procedures
- Restock supplies and ensure all areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Adhere to scheduling requirements to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background screening if required
- Previous cleaning experience considered an asset but not mandatory
