Location: Brampton, ON (Warehouse)
Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and isn’t intimidated by computers or learning new systems. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, support basic order processing, and occasionally assist with warehouse shipping tasks. What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming business calls with professionalism and confidence
- Take accurate notes, relay messages, and navigate our phone system with ease
- Communicate in fluent, clear English with no language barriers
- Use a computer comfortably, including basic shortcut keys and common software
- Create, read, and respond to emails as needed
- Occasionally enter the warehouse to ship an order, or complete the shipment from your reception desk
- Assist with order processing from start to finish — creating, picking, packing, and shipping (not often, but when needed)
- Ask questions when unsure and seek clarification before providing answers
- Adapt quickly to new tasks, tools, and processes
