Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition and a passion for finding top talent to drive organizational success.
Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Onboarding new candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
-Thrive in fast paced environment
-Multi-tasker
- Have a car
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Avionte an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience in employee relations is a plus
- Proficiency in conducting research and sourcing techniques
- Ability to negotiate job offers effectively

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
