Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customer orders, sales operations, and customer service activities.
This role acts as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, order fulfillment, inside sales support, or sales administration.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders from quotation through delivery
- Prepare customer quotations and sales documentation
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Track and manage equipment, parts, and supply orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Resolve order, delivery, and customer service issues
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within the CRM systemSupport the sales team with administrative and customer-related activities
- Coordinate customer onboarding, equipment demonstrations, and project implementation activities
- Manage work orders and customer service documentation
- Support CRM administration, data accuracy, reporting, and user training
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in order management, order processing, customer service, sales support, inside sales, or sales administration
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, industrial, medical device, distribution, or equipment environment is considered an asset

Salary: CA$58,000.00 - CA$62,000.00 per year
Pay: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
