Job Summary
MBA Driver Services is hiring a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations and ensure efficient, timely, and reliable transportation services. This role is responsible for managing delivery teams, coordinating routes and schedules, monitoring operational performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily delivery and transportation operations
- Supervise, train, and support delivery drivers and logistics staff
- Coordinate delivery routes, schedules, and dispatch activities
- Monitor on-time delivery performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards
- Manage vehicle utilization, maintenance scheduling, and fleet performance
- Track delivery metrics and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with customers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in delivery, transportation, logistics, or fleet operations management is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of routing, dispatching, fleet management, and transportation regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management software
