Position: National Account & Mental Health Coordinator
Reports to: Director, Development and Marketing
Location: Ottawa region, ON
Status: Contract position ending September 30, 2027

Position Overview:
At St. John Ambulance we are proud of the community impact and training we provide. The role of the National Office is to provide support services and national leadership to the provincial/territorial SJA organizations (Councils) across Canada.
The National Account and Mental Health Manager position, reporting to the Director, Development and Marketing, is a position that is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the SJA National Account and Mental Health programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule First Aid and Mental Health training with our National Account clients
- Manage day-to-day account activities and support SJA Councils in the efficient delivery of services to clients
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client and Council inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve critical issues related to national accounts
- Maintain and update accurate client records, contracts, and documentation in the CRM and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Maintain consistent communication with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support strong account relationships
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and internal messaging
- Experience handling escalations and resolving complex client complaints
- Support the preparation of national invoicing, reports, and other account documentation on a regular and as-needed basis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including finance, customer service, and others to support account needs
- Perform other duties as needed to support the success of the National Accounts program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with client relationship management systems (CRM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) is required
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Salary range is commensurate with experience, including insurance benefits, company pension and three weeks’ vacation. Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required depending on the work schedule.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
