Job Duties:

Aid customers in part selection with top-quality service.

Manage phone inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders.

Ensure consistent order follow-up and accurate paperwork.

Process retail payments and promptly address customer concerns.

Organize and stock items, maintaining inventory and safety.

Collaborate within the team, assisting with various tasks.

Maintain a high Customer Service Index with the Service department.

Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
Successful Candidates Possess:
-
Experience in an automotive dealership, at any level, is required.

Experience using CDK.
-
Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude

Strong verbal communication and writing skills

Organized with a strong attention to detail

Ability to follow set and standard procedures

Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems

Must have a G Class Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
