Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with Batts, blow-in, roxul, and spray foam.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Prepare jobsites for insulation such as bibbing, vapour barrier, and soffit venting
- Lay plastic on areas of crawlspaces
- Insulation removal
- Thermal barrier painting
- Operating an Insulation blowing machine
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and the use of hand tools is essential.
- Experience in insulation installation, is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Able to move or lift heavy items

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
