Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate manual tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Help in organizing work areas and storing materials properly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Participate in routine inspections and report any hazards or issues promptly
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in industrial or construction settings
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed
