Role Summary
Indixio is seeking an M-Files Solution Architect / Integrator to support the deployment of M‑Files solutions for our customers. This role combines solution architecture, customer collaboration, and practical involvement in project execution.
You will participate in the full lifecycle of M‑Files projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, participation in the configuration of the solution, deployment, and early adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client workshops to gather and validate business and technical requirements
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional and technical solution designs
- Design M‑Files solutions aligned with customer objectives and best practices
- Participate in the configuration and deployment of M‑Files solutions
- Produce clear and structured functional and technical documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and customer stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Application Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of application architecture and enterprise software solutions
- Ability to contribute both at an architectural and implementation level
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience with document management or enterprise content management solutions
- Experience with M‑Files or similar platforms
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
