Senior Full Stack Developer – .NET, Angular & AI
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Angular, solid .NET backend development experience, and hands-on exposure to building AI-enabled applications.
This is a full stack role, but we are particularly looking for someone who is highly comfortable owning and designing modern frontend applications with Angular while also contributing across backend services, APIs, databases, cloud integrations, AI capabilities, and delivery pipelines.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering modern, scalable software solutions from concept through production. You will work closely with technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders to understand real-world problems and translate them into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
A significant part of our work involves integrating modern AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into business applications. You do not need to be an AI researcher, but you should be comfortable working with AI APIs, experimenting with AI-driven workflows, and understanding how AI can be incorporated responsibly and effectively into production software.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership of solutions across the full development lifecycle.
This position follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern full stack applications.
- Build rich, responsive, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design reusable Angular components, services, state management patterns, and frontend architectures.
- Build secure, scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
- Design and integrate AI-enabled application features, including solutions powered by Large Language Models and AI APIs.
- Work with technologies and patterns such as:
- LLM APIs
- AI agents and workflows
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Structured AI outputs

- AI evaluation and validation

- Semantic search and embeddings
- Use Python when appropriate for AI workflows, automation, data processing, prototyping, or supporting services.
- Translate business and client requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Design and consume REST APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Participate in application architecture, solution design, technical decision-making, and technology selection.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, data modeling, querying, optimization, and integration.
- Contribute to cloud-native and distributed application architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and production-quality code.
- Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering standards and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Identify technical risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, designers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to improve our products, architecture, and engineering processes.

- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior Software Developer, or Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong professional experience developing applications with Angular.
