- 10,000+ sq. ft. innovation campus in Montréal
- Recording studios and multimedia production facilities
- Classrooms, conference rooms, computer labs, and training facilities
- Existing education business and operational infrastructure

Your Mission
You will lead the strategic development and execution of our AI ecosystem, including:
- Defining and executing the long-term AI strategy
- Building autonomous AI products and multi-agent platforms
- Leading AI engineering and product teams
- Building strategic partnerships with government, universities, investors, and industry
- Developing commercialization and market expansion strategies
- Leading applications for grants, innovation funding, and strategic partnerships
- Establishing an AI startup incubator and venture studio
- Representing the organization at conferences, media interviews, and government events
- Recruiting top AI talent from Canada and around the world
Ideal Background
