Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing available properties, engaging with prospective tenants, and managing leasing processes efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available properties
- Conduct property tours and highlight key features to attract potential renters
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application collection and screening
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to reach mutually beneficial arrangements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available units across various channels
- Maintain organized records of leasing activities, applications, and tenant information
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure occupancy goals are met and maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or related administrative roles is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and documentation efficiently
- Marketing knowledge to promote properties through various platforms and outreach efforts
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse tenant populations
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Work Location: In person
Pay: $55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
