What You'll Do
Oversee all daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, consistent, and elevated service. Lead, mentor, and inspire your FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences from day one. Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance development across all levels. Maintain the highest standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation at all times. Collaborate closely with culinary leadership on menu execution and the overall guest experience. Drive financial performance including budgeting, labour cost control, and revenue growth. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, care, and a solutions-first mindset. Work directly with ownership and the District Manager to build and uphold Ryuko's operational standards.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience as a General Manager in a full-service, upscale casual, or elevated dining environment is required. A strong understanding of fine dining or upscale service standards. Proven leadership, team-building, and staff development skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. A genuine passion for hospitality and an eye for detail. Sake or wine knowledge is a strong asset. Experience opening a new location or working within a multi-unit restaurant group is a significant asset.
