Location: Esso, Merivale (Repair tent)
Job Type: Full-Time. Must be available Wednesday-Sunday

About the Role:
QuickGlass is seeking an outgoing and motivated Windshield Repair Technician to work at our mobile service tents. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, inspect windshields for stone chips, perform repairs, and educate customers on the benefits of windshield repair.
No previous windshield repair experience is required—we provide training. Candidates with sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform stone chip repairs on vehicle windshields
- Engage with customers and explain repair services
- Identify repair opportunities and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at the service tent
- Process customer information and complete service records
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
