Job Overview
We are looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and stock rotation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Valid Food Handler Certification is required
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
