Arvalet is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy, fast-paced repair shop.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates professionally, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about customer experience. Our customers are important to us so we want someone who is people oriented, enjoys selling, solving problems and making people happy.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off to pickup
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and communicate them clearly to technicians
- Review technician recommendations with customers in a professional and easy-to-understand manner
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service
- Help customers make informed decisions about vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Follow up with customers and keep them informed throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate records and detailed repair orders
- Help create a positive, organized, team-oriented atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive attitude
- Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s licence

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
