Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
-
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
-
Monitor operations to ensure on time completion and within budget
-
Address issues aiming for minimal disruption
-
Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
-
Receive materials and shipments in computer system
-
Monitor and records materials, sub assembly and finished product inventory levels

Communication with Vendors as required
Qualifications:
-
3+ years experience as a production control planner in a manufacturing environment and/or demonstrated work experience; automotive preferred

Understanding and experience with deliveries and shipments within a manufacturing environment
-
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and multi-task
-
Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced environment

Superior attention to detail in all areas of work

Professional appearance and manners
-
Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and ERP systems
