Jasper Tank custom manufactures truck and trailer-mount tanks as well as our new line of Van bodies. We are a leader in tank manufacturing in North America building a reputation for quality for over 60 years.
We are looking for labourers with mechanical aptitude for final assembly at our Acheson, Alberta location.
This is a permanent full-time position.
Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work, Public Transit is not available
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of material shipments
- Manufacturing Van bodies and Trailer bodies
- Wiring to trucks and trailers
- Custom modifications and manufacturing
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Preference given to candidates with mechanical aptitude
- Able to follow required safety protocols
- Able to lift 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- Attention to detail is a requirement
- Able to communicate in a team environment
- Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
- Able to communicate both orally and written with a keen eye for detail
- Home renovation with finishing skills an ASSET
- Automotive electrical experience an ASSET
Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
