Wave Physiotherapy clinic is seeking a good person for our Front Desk/Physio Support Team.

The Position
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of patient care, including making them feel welcome, setting them up for treatment, processing payments, booking appointments and solving customer-related issues. You’re an essential part of our health care team, creating a great healing experience for our patients. Your enthusiasm and energy will go a long way towards helping us reach our goal of providing exceptional health care.
The Requirements
If you are applying for this position you have strong organizational, prioritizing and administrative skills. You have strong communication skills to service patients and other stakeholders such as third party payers, health care practitioners and physicians.
Beyond these basic requirements, the person who fills this position will have the special skill combination of exceptional customer service, be outgoing and fun with the ability to perform administrative duties in a fast-paced clinic. You have a genuine heart for people and the ability to make sound decisions when it comes to making our patients feel happy. You learn quickly, move quickly, and are great at multitasking. You never experience a dull moment because you are the type of person who’s always looking for things to do and ways to help your team members. You’re detail-oriented and efficient, but you can also think on your feet and solve problems as they arise.
