LYM is looking for a Sales Manager that takes pride in scaling successful teams and delivering results. You will be central to driving sales for our fast-growing company, leading the way as we pursue rapid expansion in the U.S. This position offers a challenge to anyone who’s looking to take their career to the next level by taking on serious accountability and working directly with an experienced leadership team.

We aren’t looking for any traditional Sales Manager to join this team. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a rapid-growth, high-energy and high velocity environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Working closely with Management and cross functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Management to analyze results and see opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience developing sales teams through regular 1:1s, continuous training and coaching
  • A strong sense of ownership coupled with great adaptability
  • A competitive and growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast paced and high growth companies
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience in handling the end of end sales pipeline (initial contact, closing, etc)
  • Qualifying new opportunities and moving them through the sales cycle

Salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year + UNCAPPED Commission!!
