Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our DESIGN BUILD Team and lead innovative interior design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans that align with client goals and project specifications.
- Utilize advanced digital design tools such as SketchUp and CAD software to produce accurate 3D models, visualizations, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity throughout all project phases.
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits for throughout the construction process for quality control inspections to ensure precise execution of design intent.
Skills
- Expertise in digital design platforms including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SketchUp.
- A background in graphic design, typography, visual design, and 2D/3D animation techniques is a plus for this position.
- Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawings and construction planning.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for interactive or web-based presentation components is a plus.
- Any Skills in using 3D animation tools for creating realistic visualizations is a plus.
- Ability to produce detailed sketches using traditional methods such as hand sketching or digital sketching tools.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
