Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our sales team at our car dealership in Brampton. The Sales Representative is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building strong relationships, and achieving individual and dealership sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance. The successful candidate will be comfortable shooting and posting content on our social media to drive traffic to the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and showroom visits
- Negotiate pricing and terms in coordination with management
- Prepare and complete all required sales documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with OMVIC regulations and dealership policies
- Maintain strong product knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build repeat and referral business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience
- MUST be comfortable and willing to shoot and post dealership content on social media
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC certification is required
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English and another language) are an asset but not required

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
