We are a small but mighty, female owned establishment, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in delivering fun, friendly, and professional service to our guests.
We take our wine and beverage program seriously without taking ourselves too seriously—offering exceptional food, an ever-evolving by-the-glass wine selection, craft beers, and a curated seasonal cocktail list.
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Bar Manager & Junior Sommelier to support our floor operations, elevate our guest experience, and grow with us into our full-time Beverage Director.
The Opportunity
This is a dual-focused role designed for a hospitality professional who excels at floor management and service execution while actively developing their beverage management skills.
If you love being on the floor, connecting with guests, and managing a tight-knit service team— and you're eager to master the business side of wine, cocktails, and vendor relationships—this is your opportunity. Under the mentorship of ownership, you will quickly progress into taking full, autonomous ownership of our wine program, cocktail menu, and canned craft beer line-up.

- Floor Leadership: Lead evening service under the direction of the General Manager, manage shift flow, hold front-of-house staff accountable to service standards and shift side-work; maintain a seamless flow between FOH and BOH.
- Cocktail Creation & Bar Management: Design seasonal cocktail offerings, oversee house prep (syrups, infusions, garnishes), and ensure all bar inventory, modifiers, and cocktail ingredients are properly stocked for seamless service.
- Wine & Beverage Service: Guide guests through our glass-pour list and pairings with approachable, knowledgeable service; maintain cellar organization and proper bottle preservation.
- Product Sourcing & Pickups: Conduct regular local pickups (weekly/bi-weekly, and occasionally as needed) for wines, private order spirits, craft beers, and fresh cocktail ingredients.
- Beverage Director Trainee Duties: Learn beverage costing (COGS), attend vendor tastings with sales reps, and curate BTG and bottle rotations using POS sales data, seasonal availability; together with ownership, determine appropriate seasonal menu changes.
You are:
- Curious and passionate about wine, and excited to learn an ever-changing wine and food program;
- Dedicated to a warm and welcoming hospitality experience for our guests;
- A team player!
- Efficient in time-sensitive situations while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met;
- An excellent communicator to your team and to your guests;
- Motivated to upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
What We Offer
- Competitive Total Compensation: $42,000 – $45,000 base salary + direct participation in floor tips (averaging ~$600/week; $73k–$76k total expected earnings).

- Professional Development: Annual stipend for wine certifications, exams, and industry tastings.
- Perks: Extended health care, staff discounts, manager's meal on days worked.
