We're currently seeking an experienced Skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team in Windsor.

As a Skilled Roofing Service Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing commercial roofing systems for our customers. You'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and performing repairs safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Inspect commercial roofing systems for leaks, damage, and deficiencies
- Diagnose roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Perform repairs and maintenance on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, and other commercial roofing systems
- Apply sealants, patches, coatings, and waterproofing solutions
- Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and photographs
- Maintain company quality and safety standards on every project
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members
- Assist with emergency service calls and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience with TPO roofing systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in the field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
