Reporting to the Director Sales & Marketing, the marketing coordinator plays a versatile role within the team in order to assist with the coordination of sales and marketing activities. Your contribution will help meet JOVACO’s objectives by promoting the brand organically on social media and other activities to amplify our brand voice, grow our presence and showcase our company culture.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Manage the social media platform;
Manage the website;
Design and coordinate newsletters;
Assist in organizing events and trade shows;
Participate in the creation of visual documents (printed and online);
Suggest new marketing ideas for the company;
Assist in the development of marketing material for the sales team;
Assist in the generation of sales proposal and Requests for Proposals;
Manage and update prospects, client accounts and other records in the CRM.
Professional experience and qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related field;
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter in particular);
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Basic understanding of a B2B environment.
Familiar with Hootsuite, Google Analytics and a CRM tool;
Familiar with video editing software;
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
Working knowledge of HTML language.

Capability to manage several projects in various phases of completion simultaneously.
