We are seeking a Client Services Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of healthcare professionals for our Toronto Therapy Branch. As a Client Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. You will oversee a diverse team comprising Physiotherapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists, providing leadership, support, and guidance to achieve organizational goals and uphold high standards of care.

This is a permanent role, in a hybrid environment of home and in-office based in our Toronto Clinic.
What you will be doing:
- You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
Skills needed for success:
- An Allied Health Professional with specialization in Rehab Therapy with active membership in their respective regulatory college is required.
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis skills with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
