We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a knack for grooming pets to look and feel their best. This role involves providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring the comfort and safety of each pet, and delivering excellent customer service to pet owners. The Pet Groomer will work in a friendly environment dedicated to animal care and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Bathe, dry, and brush pets using appropriate grooming techniques and products
- Trim fur, nails, ears, and other grooming needs based on breed standards and owner requests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary grooming area, including sterilizing tools and equipment
- Assess each pet’s health and behavior to ensure safe grooming practices
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming preferences, special needs, or concerns
- Handle pets gently and securely during grooming procedures to ensure their safety and comfort
- Manage heavy lifting of pets or equipment as needed with proper technique
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and offering grooming advice
Experience
- Prior experience in pet grooming or animal care.
- Strong customer service skills to build trust with pet owners and foster repeat business
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling larger animals or equipment
- Passion for working with animals and a commitment to their well-being

Pay: $0.15-$0.38 per hour
