General Manager – Great Canadian Oil Change, Estevan
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 plus performance bonus and benefits
Great Canadian Oil Change is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the operations of our Estevan service centre. This is an opportunity to lead an established business, develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive financial results.
We are looking for a manager who takes ownership, leads by example, and enjoys building teams and growing a business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day operations of the service centre.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labour costs, and productivity.
Monitor and achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
Maintain inventory controls and oversee purchasing requirements.
Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, safety, and company standards.
Review key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and community engagement.
Support technicians and service advisors as needed while maintaining operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of management experience with responsibility for employee supervision, scheduling, performance management, and business results.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience managing budgets, labour costs, inventory, or operational performance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Automotive, retail, hospitality, dealership, service industry, or multi-unit management experience is considered an asset.
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial, but leadership experience is more important than advanced mechanical knowledge.
