Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Machinists Inspectors/Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and experience in quality management, with a focus on maintaining high levels of quality assurance throughout the production process. Responsibilities
- Operate various manufacturing machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform detailed quality control and inspection using tools such as calipers and other measurement devices
- Collect and analyze data related to product dimensions, tolerances, and overall quality performance
- Conduct routine quality inspections to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and data collection for quality assurance documentation
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and company policies throughout the production process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven 2 years experience in manufacturing, quality management, or related roles within a production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques, including use of calipers and measurement tools
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes, data collection, and analysis skills
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of products and identify deviations from specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality assurance
- Strong communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members
- Prior experience with quality control software or data management systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
Pay: From $36.00 per hour
