Whether you're serving golfers after a round, families enjoying a meal, or guests attending weddings and special events, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience.
Job Summary
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive and professional food and beverage service while ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and enjoyable experience. You'll work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver excellent service in our year-round restaurant and during tournaments, banquets, and special events.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
- Assist with banquet and event service as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
