What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and replace seamless eavestroughs, downspouts, and related drainage components on residential and commercial properties
- Operate a seamless gutter machine and fabricate on-site to spec
- Install fascia and soffit, including ventilation details
- Operate a metal brake to bend and form aluminum fascia, flashing, and trim on site
- Install gutter guard / leaf protection systems
- Measure, cut, and fit components accurately, ensuring proper pitch, fit, and drainage
- Work safely at heights on ladders and from roof edges, following all safety protocols
- Complete jobs to Firon's quality standard and leave every site clean
- Communicate with the crew lead and flag any issues before they become callbacks
What You Need (Experience Required)
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on eavestrough installation experience (this role is not entry-level)
- Proven ability to run a seamless gutter machine
- Comfortable and safe working at heights
- Valid driver's license [and clean abstract]
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
- Physically able to lift, climb, and work outdoors in varying conditions
Highly Desirable (Not Required)
- Experience installing fascia and soffit
- Experience operating an aluminum brake for on-site fascia and flashing work
- Working at Heights certification (we can help you get certified if needed)
