About the Position - What I’m Looking For
The Production Manager position requires you to ensure the entire process, from scheduling the job to executing the project and collecting final payment, runs smoothly, exceeds client expectations, and creates a positive experience for both clients and painters.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Bridging the gap between the customer and the painters, ensuring everyone is aligned throughout the project. This includes creating clear work orders, conducting walkthroughs, providing daily client updates, and setting clear scheduling expectations.
- Proactively managing painters and job sites to ensure projects are completed properly by maintaining standards for jobsite branding, workmanship, correct material usage, jobsite cleanliness, and the final finished result.
- Recruiting qualified painters who represent the company professionally and align with our values.
- Maintaining healthy profit margins for the company while ensuring painters are compensated fairly.
- Managing the production schedule proactively and several weeks in advance, while communicating with clients whenever scheduling changes occur.
- Ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the project, while finding solutions whenever concerns or dissatisfaction arise.

For This Role You Must…
- Own a computer and be comfortable with, or capable of quickly learning, tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
- Be comfortable working in the field, spending time in your vehicle, checking on job sites, meeting with clients and painters, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $75,000 +
Gas/Phone Stipend
