Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced delivery driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism, with opportunities to operate heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver meat orders to customers’ homes and businesses
- Load and unload products while ensuring proper handling and temperature control
- Plan efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Handle payments and maintain accurate delivery records
- Keep delivery vehicle clean and organized
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required
