We specialize in high-end residential and commercial tile installations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in every project. Our work often takes place in finished or occupied homes, so professionalism, respect, and a strong work ethic are essential to our team.
What You'll Do
- Assist tile setters with daily installation tasks — mixing mortar, cutting tile, setting up and cleaning up job sites.
- Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Help protect finished spaces and maintain a clean, professional work area.
- Support layout, underlayment, and waterproofing preparation.
- Work closely with our team to ensure projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
- Professional and presentable appearance — you’ll often be working in clients’ homes
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of tile installation experience. (required)
