Our collaborative and dynamic Customer Success group is responsible for working with our Support, Sales, and Professional Services teams to support our enterprise commercial customers. It’s an important role where the details matter and things are constantly changing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Respond to customers issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
- Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and customers
- Support smaller accounts in an account manager capacity
- Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination and experience preferred.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables preferred
Proficiency for learning new software systems for internal use
