We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bevel Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating beveling machines to prepare metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Set up and operate beveling machines to produce accurate bevels on metal parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, protractors, angle gauge, and other precision measuring tools.

Adjust machine settings to meet production and quality requirements.

Load and unload materials safely.

Remove burrs and prepare parts for welding or further fabrication.

Monitor machine performance and report any equipment issues.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

Follow all health and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Complete production records as required.

Previous experience operating beveling machines or similar metalworking equipment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience using precision measuring instruments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to lift to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Steel-toe safety shoes required.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
