Description:
High end winery seeking a highly motivated, independent cook to work at our lunch
counter.

Requirements:
- Safe food handler certificate
- 1 year culinary experience
- Some wine knowledge
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the position including: working outdoors, standing for extended periods of time, repetitive lifting, lifting up to 50lbs

- Flexibility, we are open 7 days a week (weekends and holidays are a must)

Responsibilities:

-Chopping and prepping menu components

-Composing sandwiches and salads
-Monitor inventories of food products and wares
-Transition effectively between culinary and hospitality tasks as business requires

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 /hour

Experience:
