Massage Addict Spring Garden is a well-established clinic in downtown Halifax, supporting our community’s health and wellness for over 14 years. We are seeking a strong customer service professional who has exceptional client communication abilities and administrative skills to join our team in the role of Guest Service Administrator (GSA). Purpose and Responsibilities:
The GSA is the heartbeat of the clinic. The hub for clients and therapists. The purpose of this role is to create operational harmony in the clinic by providing efficient administrative support to therapists and effective communication support to our clients. The GSA is the first impression and embodies the essence of our clinic culture and brand. They are a caring and compassion professional who offer exceptional customer service.
In this role you will:
- Conduct all administrative tasks associated with client bookings, membership sign-ups and insurance processing
- Have a working knowledge of all treatment offerings and how to address common client questions to make recommendations for bookings
- Strategically manage the booking schedule to help optimize the team’s schedules
- Encourage clients to consider a multidisciplinary approach to their health and provide education/recommendations on clinic products and services
- Provide clear communication to clients and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Anticipate the needs of therapists, clients, and clinic operations to support a well-run work environment
- Maintain the cleanliness of all clinic areas
- Be the first impression of the clinic and create trust with clients through strong professionalism and care, and offering superior customer service
