Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team in home renovations. This role involves transforming residential spaces through various construction and finishing tasks, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of building techniques, safety standards, and a variety of tools and materials used in home improvement projects. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and drywall work.
- Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as required for foundation or structural elements.
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and perform electrical work with proper safety procedures.
- Apply construction painting, restoration techniques, caulking, and other finishing touches to enhance project quality.
- Estimate project costs and materials using construction estimating skills to ensure budget adherence.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation or large-scale construction tasks.
- Assist in the installation of flooring, tiles, cabinets, and other interior finishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or home renovation projects with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation preferred.
- Skilled in carpentry, concrete forming/finishing, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, flooring installation, and painting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of renovation work.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Valid <PERSON> certification or relevant licensing is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
