Overview
Mac has different entities, and different roles! We are looking for a person looking for a career, but willing to multi task in different areas. The job is very procedural, so you will need to understand and read policy with memorization, and training is simple, experience takes time!
Responsibilities
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
- Hoping to be able to have a valid clean driving record who could do short visit deliveries to clients on occasion.
- Handling money, and private documents on behalf of Mac, the client & Service Alberta.
- Able to work weekends and evenings, within their lifestyle. Giving two weekdays off, so creating a weekend, just during the week.
- Working with happy, and some times irate clients - with patience and compassion.
Experience
- We will always take exception to a role who comes from a background of Registries Experience.
- No prior experience is needed, but having dealt with people and enjoyed it, is key to success. We want a fun personality who wants to help all walks of clients!
With the right candidate, we have some flexibility - and we have many faucets of industry from insurance to registries - sales and service which could create an opportunity to grow within our business.

Pay: $15.00-$26.00 per hour
