New Moon Psychotherapy is a thriving Toronto-based practice specializing in evidence-based treatment for PTSD, complex trauma, and sexual trauma.
Our team is authentic, sharp, and deeply committed to healing. We don’t collude with avoidance, and we don’t fragilize trauma survivors. Instead, we provide structured, evidence-based care that supports meaningful recovery.

Committment
We are looking for therapists who can:
- Work in-office three days per week
- Committ to at least two in-office evenings or weekends a week
- See approximately 5 clients per in-office day
Office access hours:
- Daytime: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Evening: 3 PM – 9 PM
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Deeply believe that trauma recovery is possible
- Use EMDR (EMDRIA-approved, EMDR 2.0 is an asset), CPT, IFS, or other structured trauma therapies
- Are passionate about supporting survivors of interpersonal trauma, including:
- childhood sexual abuse
- sexual assault
- intimate partner violence
- Are comfortable providing clear trauma psychoeducation
- Understand PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-related dissociation
- Are interested in supporting partners or families of survivors
- Provide sex-positive, affirming, neurodiversity-informed care (ADHD, autism, etc.) with a sprinkle of personality
- Value working within a community of thoughtful, skilled clinicians
Requirements
- Completed Master’s-level clinical training (including practicum)
- Registered and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW
- Able to build toward 15–30 client sessions per week
- Available for in-person clinical work
