We are looking for a Professional Services Delivery Team Lead to join our team!
You will be responsible for the management of a team of implementation specialists responsible for the configuration & menu programming of the Payfacto Point-of-Sale (POS) and Payment solutions, and the onboarding & training of our merchants and resellers.
About the role:
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports, including in a remote environment
Supervise staff operations, managing workload distribution and scheduling across projects
Ensure ongoing training and development of the team’s skill set, including new products/modules
Work closely with other departments to help drive resolution of merchant and reseller issues and concerns
Perform and deliver regular performance reviews, and work with direct reports on career path planning
Drive customer satisfaction with the team’s quality project deliverables, within the timelines needed
Define and implement processes and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency
Create a culture of continuous process improvement
Experience leading a team of professional services or implementation teams; preferably in the Point-of-Sale or Payment industry
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Strong people management skills with a focus on performance management and talent development
Customer centric focus with a passion for delivering top quality and added value

Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
