Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled reliable and motivated Experienced Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, Lux, or metal according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary primers or sealants before installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to secure siding panels in place
- Perform heavy lifting of siding materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Seal joints and edges with caulking to ensure weatherproofing and long-lasting results
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes
- Construction experience with a focus on exterior building finishes or siding installation
- Strong carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and finishing work related to siding projects
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into precise on-site work
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual labor throughout the workday
- Handyman experience is a plus for troubleshooting on-site issues quickly and efficiently

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Siding Installation: 5 years (preferred)
Language:

Licence/Certification:
- Fall arrest, Whims, Manlift tickets (preferred)
