CallCoden is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising and content strategy initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms while also overseeing the creation and distribution of organic content across social media channels. This role requires a strategic marketer who understands lead generation, performance marketing, and brand growth.
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) years of digital marketing experience and have previous experience working for a Canadian digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing advertising budgets, generating qualified leads, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Create, schedule, and publish organic social media content.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve advertising performance.
- Coordinate with management regarding marketing initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Assist with branding, content planning, and digital strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of digital marketing experience.
- Previous employment with a Canadian digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience with social media content creation and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and related marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing professional services or legal services.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
