Our client, a leading company in its industry, is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading initiatives that support long-term revenue growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and closing.
- Identify and develop target markets, strategic partnerships, and key accounts to support business expansion.
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Customer Service, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment between customer demand and operational capabilities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement initiatives to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business results.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance sales processes, customer engagement, and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing leadership roles.
- 10 years of successful Manufacturing Sales experience in hardware products across diverse markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience managing B2B, B2C, retail, distribution, or channel sales environments.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, marketing principles, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Experience with product marketing, product management, or go-to-market strategies is considered an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, or related industries is preferred but not required.
