Sales Representative - Golf Aftermarket Support Specialist
Our client is looking for a Golf Aftermarket Support Specialist to join their team in Truro, Nova Scotia. This growing company operates as a key dealership supporting golf courses and turf management across the Maritime region. With 15 locations serving Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick, they provide essential equipment and services to keep golf courses in top condition.

Responsibilities
- Manage parts orders and coordinate shipping to locations or directly to golf courses
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Offer guidance on parts selection and assist with inventory planning
- Conduct offseason outreach to promote parts sales and inspection services
- Assist with service requests, repairs, and warranty claims as needed
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and service activities
- Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Recommend products and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Travel occasionally for onsite visits, fleet builds, and equipment support

Qualifications
- Prior experience with golf equipment or mechanical systems an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Basic knowledge of parts and machinery operation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations occasionally
