E-Commerce Specialist
Location: North Vancouver, British-Columbia
Type: Full Time / In-Person / Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)
Salary: $53,000 - $58,000 per year
Giant Group Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support and grow our online business across Giant, Liv, Momentum and CADEX brands. This role is responsible for managing daily e-commerce operations, maintaining and optimize website content and product information, processing online orders, handling consumer inquiries and generating performance reports to support business decisions.
Report to: Marketing and GRP manager
Responsibilities:
- Process and release online customer orders throughout the day, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Respond to consumer inquiries via email and online channels, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage order cancellations, refunds and adjustments through company systems.
- Maintain and update website content, including homepage banners, product pages, specifications, images and promotional materials.
- Monitor and manage consumer product reviews and feedback, identifying trends and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with Product Management teams to ensure bike and gear product information, pricing, specifications and imagery are accurate and up to date.
- Support new product launches, sales promotions and seasonal campaigns across all e-commerce platforms.
- Generate and maintain e-commerce performance reports and dashboards using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio and other reporting tools.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Maintain digital platforms and databases, including Workstand, Lightspeed and POS systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
- Ensure all website content and digital channels remain accurate, current and aligned with Giant Group Canada brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, website management, or digital operations.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS) and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio and other reporting or analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital customer experience and website content management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service focus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate product and website information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Workstand, Lightspeed, PowerReviews, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms is considered an asset.
