- must work well in a team environment - be experienced, driven, self motivated and efficient - comfortable being a team leader - have a valid driver license, working at heights certificate or good with heights, list of jobs : new houses and renovations, sheds, barns, siding , windows and doors , trim work, a good variety of different construction work.
